Ricki is the founder of The Aligned Process, a community-driven platform designed to empower individuals in their personal growth journey. A natural connector, Ricki spent 10 years in New York City’s entertainment industry, building meaningful partnerships between brands and talent.

Four years ago, Ricki returned to her hometown of Montreal, continuing to focus on developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies for brands, creating even more impactful collaborations.

As Ricki continued to work with an ever-expanding network of people, she found herself deeply inspired by the journeys of others. This exposure to so many unique and empowering stories prompted her to reflect on her own life and the direction in which she wanted to go.

This marked the beginning of a deeper personal transformation.

Through her own journey of self-discovery, Ricki had the privilege of working with and learning from remarkable individuals who enriched her life with their wisdom and insight.

Inspired by these experiences, Ricki founded The Aligned Process to bring together a community of like-minded individuals committed to growth and empowerment. Her mission is to share the tools and collective wisdom that helped (and continue to help) elevate her own life, so others can do the same.
